World No.2 Ali Farag sat down for a chat with former professional footballer and Arsenal legend Tony Adams to talk all things mental health and the PSA Foundation’s partnership with Sporting Chance.
Adams is President of Sporting Chance which supports athletes with their mental health and partnered with the PSA Foundation earlier this year to support PSA players.
The two got to talking about the pressures of elite sport, drawing comparisons between their respective sports and the pressures of being at the top of their game. This was a big step towards breaking the stigma of talking about mental health in squash and reaching out to any players on the PSA Tour who may need support.
The PSA Foundation provides mental health support for the players of the PSA Tour through the services of Sporting Chance.
