World No. 26 Daryl Selby and squash clothing brand 305SQUASH have launched a new squash-themed face mask, with a portion of sales going towards the PSA Foundation ‘We Are One’ fund.
The PSA Foundation launched its ‘We Are One’ Fund last week to support professional squash players who are experiencing both financial and emotional difficulties due to the impact of the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic.
With over $45,000 currently raised by the ‘We Are One’ fund, Selby and 305SQUASH’s gesture has been greatly appreciated by the PSA Foundation and will play an important role in reaching the fund’s target of $75,000.
“I’m extremely proud to partner with my clothing sponsor 305SQUASH in creating these squash-themed masks to help keep people safer whilst they are out and about or to and from the squash courts,” said Selby.
“I’m also excited to be able to partner with the PSA Foundation and the fantastic initiative that is the ‘We Are One’ campaign to help support my fellow players in these unprecedented times. I am always keen to give back to the sport that I love and hopefully this idea will bring the squash world together with the ‘Team Squash’ mask and help make a difference to our struggling professional players.
“The squash community is a strong one and the sport will bounce back from this.”
