Through partnership with the PSA & the PSA Foundation, SquashSkills have come to the aid of the players on the Professional Tour.
Squash Skills will be providing the professional players weekly workout regimes and offering free access for three months to help ensure they keep fit and healthy for when the season commences again.
Squash Skills will be providing innovative training methods that will allow the players to train effectively under the restraints of self-isolation. Squash Skills Fitness Director Gary Nisbet will be creating regular training sessions and will run a weekly live session towards these aims.

For any elite athlete, being confined to your household makes training to that standard challenging. The sudden lifestyle change can be damaging physically and mentally for the players. It is one of the PSA Foundation’s roles to look out for the well-being of the Pro Tour players. That’s why it’s important that we seek out these means of support where we can.
